Launched in 2023 in Lincoln, Nebraska, Coffee By Josh is a small-batch coffee roastery. They are dedicated to providing premium coffee, roasted perfectly and aim to make exceptional coffee accessible.
Mission Statement
Coffee By Josh's mission goes beyond selling coffee. They aspire to be a leader among coffee roasters in Nebraska, making premium coffee affordable and accessible while fostering food sovereignty and sustainability within Lincoln's Indigenous Communities. Joshua Chavez, the founder of Coffee By Josh, balances his high school education, his passion for coffee roasting, and working with the community as a youth mentor for an Indigenous food sovereignty program.
